Description

Thanks to their completely smooth surface, cleaning is fast and efficient with no need for aggressive cleansers. The top thickness, equal to 60/10, and the precision in adjusting the temperature allow one to work safely. The infrared hobs reach 500° C in a few seconds and are equipped with a warning light on the top that signals the presence of residual heat up to 60° C. Energy saving of the infrared hobs is ensured by the immediate reaching of the maximum temperature in the pans. Worktop in stainless steel. 6 mm glass ceramic cooking surface. Heating elements able to reach high temperatures(up to 500°C) that radiate heat to the cooking surface. Heating circuit in circular zones, with temperature adjustments . The zones are marked with serigraphs that allow the proper positioning of the pan. After switching off each zone, a light signals residual heat up to 60°C to safe-guard the operator. Stainless steel heat-resistant door handle.
